Intellectual and industrial property
The current digital economy moves between copyright (intellectual works, software) and industrial property (trademarks, know-how). I am in charge of protecting the intangible assets of companies that are not covered by patents.
Corporate and contractual consulting
For companies/start ups, I draw up agreements based on schematic templates, that I developed, that rule in a clear way the relationships with customers, suppliers and partners and allow to solve quickly the unavoidable dispute situations. The schematic form allows to remove the purely formal expressions often present in contracts.
Managing Italian branches
my familiarity with languages (English, French, German) and the network of professionals with different specializations, with whom I work, has allowed me to successfully support foreign companies in opening and managing their Italian branches.
Personal data processing - GDPR
I assume the role of Data Protection Officer (DPO) in health care facilities and private companies, as well as continuing my work of verifying the correct application of legislation and drafting mandatory documents, which I started in 1997. I recommend simple and schematic texts for the communications provided for by the GDPR, as suggested by the European legislator itself.
Non-profit
I am interested in initiatives in favour of disadvantaged people based on voluntary work. I am involved in some associations, both as a volunteer and as a legal consultant.
